Without volunteers, the Red Cross as we know it would cease to exist. American Red Cross volunteers come from all walks of life, ages, and backgrounds. Whatever their volunteer job, their goal is to make their community a better place in which to live.

Joining the disaster response team, assisting with our annual fundraisers, helping with Bloodmobiles, becoming a board member, serving on an advisory committee, and/or teaching health and safety or learn to swim classes are just some of the ways you can volunteer. The Chapter, a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization, is blessed with loyal, devoted volunteers to assist in all functions of the Red Cross. More than 160 volunteers make life better and safer for the people of our community.
